Founder & CEO

Radha built her career at HP, spending 20 years with the tech giant and eventually heading its Enterprise Solutions group. She then took Support.com public as its CEO. Radha started Anudip Foundation in 2007 with Dipak Basu and then founded iMerit in 2012. She is considered a leading tech entrepreneur and mentor, and a pioneer in the software business.

Board Director - Head of Corporate Development

DD is a serial software entrepreneur who has founded, led, and sold two companies including collaboration platform Dimdim, which was acquired by Salesforce.com. Earlier in his career, he was the founder and CEO of AIM, which was acquired by CA Technologies. DD helps lead the strategic vision for the company and is responsible for the org's tools and technology.

With vast experience in marketing, sales and organizational management, Jeff was previously Chief Revenue Officer at 1-Page which he helped bring public in 2014. Jeff was also the CRO of Gengo, which was acquired by Lionsbridge.Ai. He also held management positions at Criteo, Yahoo, Sojern and SideStep (which was acquired by Kayak).

Tapishnu is a Chartered and Cost Accountant with over 25 years of experience in manufacturing, insurance, real estate and BPOs. Before iMerit, he held senior leadership positions at Fortune 500 companies including Computer Associates, AIG, Zenta, and Hirco Developments.

She's also worked extensively with rural schools and colleges, training over 15,000 students to develop mental and emotional well-being.

In 2008, in Japan, Rob founded Gengo, a global translation platform, that built a vibrant and talented community of 20,000+ translators around the globe. Rob is a founder of two startups on language and local food and also a published author.
