The Position

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager with around 6-8 years of experience. You are a self-starter who takes the initiative and can work closely with a team of marketers, senior company executives, and agencies. You should be a dynamic high-energy individual with a positive, can-do attitude. You possess an analytical mindset, sound judgment, excellent creative instincts and very strong communication skills, verbal and written.  You must have the interest and the desire to deeply connect with the culture of iMerit and be a part of its global growth journey. There is substantial opportunity for ownership of marketing initiatives and visibility within the company.

 

Your main responsibilities will include ensuring smooth global marketing operations, working with top management to coordinate and execute all types of marketing activities, both outbound and inbound for iMerit, and to drive rigor in measuring marketing metrics. This position is based in Kolkata but will have involvement with all the company’s global operations.

 

Core Responsibilities

  • Ensure execution of the company’s global marketing strategy with quick turnaround times by coordinating between internal team members and stakeholders and external vendors
  • Align marketing framework throughout the organization
  • Develop and maintain a rigorous reporting approach to measure marketing attribution
  • Ensure consistency of creative language and tone of voice
  • Build and implement a content production pipeline with input from US counterparts with creative resources including blogs, videos, infographics, presentations, campaign pages
  • Be a branding strategist for top management; coordinate their content needs and PR.
  • Continuously stay in touch with events within the company and outside it, and find ways to translate these into actionable marketing stories
  • Act as primary liaison between marketing and sales teams for coordination of events
  • Manage and grow marketing technology stack with inputs from global team.
  • Leverage CRM and marketing automation platforms for dashboarding marketing activities
  • Coordinate with US counterparts to execute all digital marketing strategies and tactics including SEO/SEM, Blogs and Forums, Page optimizations, remarketing, calls-to-action, email campaigns and more for demand generation
  • Plan and manage presence at global conferences, events and award ceremonies

The Position

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to drive the visual elements of iMerit’s branding and marketing presence. You will work with internal stakeholders including management, marketing and sales team to ideate and create various elements for use in collateral, communication and digital presence. This position is based in Kolkata.

Responsibilities

  • As part of the marketing team, be responsible for creating and repurposing various design elements, layouts, and visual collateral to support iMerit’s marketing, sales and brand presence
  • Define the “look and feel” of iMerit’s collateral, both internal and external, including:
    • Web page and landing pages
    • Leadership decks and presentations
    • Public email communications
    • Sales collateral and case studies
    • Research materials
  • Continuously develop visual ideas to understand and tell our story

Required

  • Clean and elegant modern visual taste with detail orientation
  • 2+ years’ experience in a business environment with digital presence

About the Role

We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Sales team. As an SDR at iMerit, you will play a key role in building out the lead generation engine that supports our fast-growing business. Your primary focus will be supporting our lead generation efforts by booking appointments for the Sales team.

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • BE A HUNTER: Research our space and our target accounts, engage with prospects via telephone/email/social, creatively initiate conversations, schedule meetings with the right people at the right companies

About the Role

As a pre-sales Solutions Architect you are supporting the Sales team’s efforts to engage with prospective clients and translate their often custom requirements into a full-fledged end-to-end data processing solution.

In order to establish new processes, you will be working closely with the Sales team, prospective and current clients, and the India-based Project Management team. You will also have the opportunity to design, coordinate, and product manage the in-house development of custom tools and workflows.

 Responsibilities:

  • Work with existing and prospective customers to deeply understand their proposed use case(s) and propose solutions based on iMerit’s core offerings, technology, and workforce capability
  • Lead newly engaged customers through any technical sales consultation and project implementation phase, while building trust in the solutions offered by iMerit
  • Work as the bridge between Sales, guiding their understanding of project implementation, and Project Management (responsible for the actual delivery of quality work). This requires a strong ability to multi-task, and switch gears between teams with competing priorities.
  • Provide consultative proposals and findings to clients in an organized and accessible manner. This includes a combination of data analysis, development of workflow proposals, and the ability to clearly map out process and values provided by the iMerit team. While heavily consultative, the ability to win (and maintain) client trust is of great importance.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including the project design, development, implementation, and delivery
