  • Review and analyze functional requirements at various levels (e.g. unit, module, system etc.).

About the Role

The Digital Marketing Manager will set and lead the strategy and execution of all iMerit’s digital marketing activities including Digital, Content, Brand, Communications, Demand Generation and Product Marketing. The Marketing Manager will interface with multiple teams (sales, product management, marketing, client support) to compose thought-leading marketing campaigns, messaging and positioning that supports our customer needs and differentiates iMerit from the competitive landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Manage to-to-day operations as well as develop and implement all global marketing campaigns driving awareness and revenue growth for the company. This includes brand marketing, website, SEO, customer programs, product marketing, demand generation, and customer experience with digital support for field marketing and events.
  • Manage and coordinate a distributed team to ensure creation and dissemination of collateral and content in synchronization with the strategy and with company activities.
  • Improve strategy and tactics from broad digital marketing to deep multi-touch, concentrated campaigns across web, print, direct marketing, social, trade events and search.

The Position

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager with around 6-8 years of experience. You are a self-starter who takes the initiative and can work closely with a team of marketers, senior company executives, and agencies. Your main responsibilities will include ensuring smooth global marketing operations, working with top management to coordinate and execute all types of marketing activities, both outbound and inbound for iMerit, and to drive rigor in measuring marketing metrics. The Role:

We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Sales team. As an SDR at iMerit, you will play a key role in building out the lead generation engine that supports our fast-growing business. Your primary focus will be supporting our lead generation efforts by booking appointments for the Sales team.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Sales team. As an SDR at iMerit, you will play a key role in building out the lead generation engine that supports our fast-growing business. Your primary focus will be supporting our lead generation efforts by booking appointments for the Sales team.

About the Role

As a pre-sales Solutions Architect you are supporting the Sales team’s efforts to engage with prospective clients and translate their often custom requirements into a full-fledged end-to-end data processing solution.

In order to establish new processes, you will be working closely with the Sales team, prospective and current clients, and the India-based Project Management team. You will also have the opportunity to design, coordinate, and product manage the in-house development of custom tools and workflows.

Summary

iMerit is looking for Lead Engineer  for our databases team. iMerit develops a variety of sophisticated high performance tools and platforms both on MEAN and LAMP stack. Additionally we aggregate information for thousands of transactions hourly on our internal MIS and ERP systems and deliver reports and dashboards in real-time. We make heavy use of both SQL and noSQL databases.

This places a huge responsibility on the databases team which powers these transactions. The DBE team is actively engaged in the ongoing database engineering process, partnering with development groups and providing deep subject matter expertise input as stakeholders to design reviews.
This is a technical leadership role where the ideal candidate wowilluld have at least 8 years of experience leading small teams of database engineers to create high performance databases to power SaaS products.

Director of Engineering (Software) Responsibilities:

The Director of Engineering plays a key role in connecting the various platform and application initiatives of the company with the business needs, by building and leading a high performance team of engineers, testers and product managers. This is an opportunity to build some great technology on modern stacks while inculcating best practices. You will be working with multiple serial entrepreneurs from Silicon Valley and serving clients in cutting edge sectors.

The Director of Engineering will work with the team of engineers to set goals, plan projects, build a timeline, and stay within budget. Their duties and responsibilities also include project management, hiring new team members, presenting budgets and plans to other departments, and meeting with upper-level management. As part of their responsibilities they are expected to:

  • Take ownership for leading and managing the Engineering & QA teams to deliver on business & product priorities. Plan and direct all aspects of engineering activities and projects within iMerit.
  • Ensure all engineering projects, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with organization’s established policies and objectives. Utilize best practice engineering methods and provides expert technical guidance for engineering initiatives. Incorporate components, materials, and tools that result in quality output.
  • Define and organize development teams and closely collaborate with Product Management to plan development.
  • Define, implement and monitor Best Practices for AGILE development across all development teams; if needed implement training & coaching for development teams.
