A critical component of iMerit’s scalable and sustainable model is its technology hub spanning all operations. Within the hub, technology is utilized for Learning & Development in the form of a  Learning Management System, and when skilling is complete, a custom tool is used for rostering and skill mapping for specific domains. The actual annotation takes place on a combination of proprietary tools designed for complex tasks like LiDAR and panoptic segmentation, and partner or client tools integrated into iMerit’s systems, as required for particular use cases. Reporting and analytics, particularly on quality and throughput, is detailed and can drill down to task-specific metrics, as needed. This valuable data captured is shared with customer teams at regular intervals, enabling them to iterate using insights from iMerit’s subject-matter experts.

Workforce Management

iMerit People Platform (iMPP) is the company’s custom-designed internal people and performance management tool. The tools on iMPP help managers with resource allocation, tracking, and management, and standardize the process across the organization. Workflow creation, data Input, batch management, task distribution and annotation systems are managed here. A calendar view has been implemented which allows for easy roster monitoring. The platform also takes care of skill mapping and development. 

Skilling 

iMerit’s tech-enabled skilling structure enables its advanced workforce to sharpen their capabilities, both at a broad domain level as well as for specific project requirements. The Learning Management System (LMS) used is leveraged right from the first step of evaluating and onboarding candidates during the hiring process. Once a contributor is part of the team, skilling is multi-level, beginning with broad training modules in Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, and Content Services. Project-specific skilling is carried out once resources are assigned to particular engagements. The LMS enables flexible and continuous learning, and exposes iMerit’s workforce to different domains and equips it for professional growth in cutting-edge technologies.
