A critical component of iMerit’s scalable and sustainable model is its technology hub spanning all operations. Within the hub, technology is utilized for Learning & Development in the form of a Learning Management System, and when skilling is complete, a custom tool is used for rostering and skill mapping for specific domains. The actual annotation takes place on a combination of proprietary tools designed for complex tasks like LiDAR and panoptic segmentation, and partner or client tools integrated into iMerit’s systems, as required for particular use cases. Reporting and analytics, particularly on quality and throughput, is detailed and can drill down to task-specific metrics, as needed. This valuable data captured is shared with customer teams at regular intervals, enabling them to iterate using insights from iMerit’s subject-matter experts.
