iMerit’s parent organization, Anudip Foundation, offers the MAST program which includes training for iMerit hires. Until March 2103, Anudip has trained over 15,000 people who have been placed with 400+employers.
MAST training includes:
Comprehensive IT and technical skills development in new technologies and services like Graphic design, Video editing, etc.
Workplace readiness to ensure poised, professional employees who are at home in a workplace environment. This module includes English communications, work culture and values (timeliness, transparency, business etiquette, etc.)
Continuous up-skilling and continuing education as technologies change. After MAST iMerit’s employees go through rigorous, in-house training, and are upskilled based on specific client needs.
