Radha Ramaswami Basu has over 30 years experience in executive management. She is widely recognized as a leading woman entrepreneur in technology companies and as a pioneer in the Indian software business. Radha began her professional career at Hewlett Packard in 1978 as an R&D engineer working on ultrasound imaging technologies. In 1985 she founded the company’s operations in Bangalore, India, and by 1989 she was overseeing eight offshore software centers around the world. Radha rose to General Manager of Hewlett Packard’s electronic business software division, which she grew into a $1.5 billion business. Radha held the position of Chairman & CEO of Support.com, a Nasdaq-listed company, from July 1999 to May 2006, led the company through initial and secondary public offerings, and built it into a worldwide market leader in support automation software. In 2006, after retiring from SupportSoft, Radha and her husband Dipak Basu launched Anudip Foundation, a social enterprise in India with the mission of generating livelihood opportunities for the unemployed and marginalized poor through training in information technology.Radha holds a bachelors degree in Electronics & Communications from the University of Madras, a master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern California, and is a graduate of the Stanford Executive Management program. She has won numerous awards including Excelsior Leadership, Top25 Women of the Web, CEO of the Year 2000, Leader of the Millennium, and has been profiled in the Wall Street Journal, Business Week, Upside Magazine and Economic Times. She has featured as a guest speaker at Wharton School, Stanford Business School, Santa Clara University, and the Forbes Executive Summit. Radha serves on the boards of ReSurge, CSTS and C.E.O. Women.
DD Ganguly (dd) is a serial software entrepreneur who has founded, led, and sold two companies. Most recently he was co-founder and CEO of Dimdim.com (easy web-conferencing platform) which was acquired by SalesForce.com. Dimdim was funded was top tier VCs – Nexus, Index, and Draper Richards. Previously, as Vice President of Products at CA Technologies he built and led its India Technology Center from zero to 1400 team members. He joined CA in 2001 upon its acquisition of Boston based AIM, Inc. where he was founder and CEO. AIM was bootstrapped and developed innovative software products for ensuring that e-business applications were always up and running.
Born in India, DD holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur and a master’s degree in computer science from Syracuse University, where he was a University Fellow. He is a proud father and lucky husband. He does not sing well but that has never deterred him from trying.
Dominic’s record as an entrepreneur and marketer has been evidenced across both the media and technology sectors. As one of the first employees at Autonomy, Dominic took the company through three public offerings, serving on the Board as CMO for six years. Autonomy was recently sold to HP for more than $11 billion. Dominic also branded and launched the video search company Blinkx. It is now a publicly-traded leader in its market. Dominic has also helped established media brands (Channel 4 Television and News Corporation) reinvent themselves in the digital world. Dominic also co-founded and IPO’d his own gaming company.
His experience in financial markets includes public transactions across Nasdaq, LSE, DAX and AIM, as well as serving as trendscout and advisor to leading VCs and hedge funds. Additionally, he has spearheaded successful M&A projects for both US and European companies, both publicly and privately held.
Based in San Francisco, Dominic now works with some of the most innovative technology and technology-enabled companies formulating their go-to-market strategies. Companies include: Pinterest, Sprint, King Digital Entertainment, Thync, FreedomPop and Accenture.

In India, he was the Chief Financial Officer at American Express, MetLife Insurance and HSBC Life. Joy leads all Finance, Treasury, Planning, Accounting, Operations, HR and other Corporate functions across iMerit and Anudip Foundation.
Ramaraj was the Co-Founder and CEO of Sify Limited, Sify was the first Indian Internet company to be listed on Nasdaq National Market in the US (NASDAQ: SIFY). Ramaraj was recognized as the ‘Evangelist of the Year’ at the India Internet World Convention in September 2000. And in 2001, in a CNET.com poll in India, Ramaraj was voted the IT Person of the year 2000. Currently Ramaraj is the Senior Advisor at Sequoia Capital. Ramaraj is the first Indian to be invited to the Board of Directors of ICANN (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers). He was a member of the Global Board of Trustees of TiE (The Indus Entrepreneurs). Ramaraj is a Member of the Board of Governors of the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. In 2010, CII recognized R.Ramaraj with a Life Time Achievement Award for nurturing the Spirit of Entrepreneurship and inspiring and mentoring numerous entrepreneurs. Sal leads the human capital and operations functions of Omidyar Network. In this role, he works to develop and scale the talent at Omidyar Network and its portfolio organizations. Sal brings a wealth of executive experience in human resources management to his role as a partner at Omidyar Network. From 2000 to 2009, Sal served as the vice president of human resources and administration for PayPal and eBay Inc. Prior to joining PayPal, Sal worked for KPMG as the national recruiting manager for the information, communications, high-tech, and entertainment consulting practices, while also leading KPMG’s collegiate and MBA recruiting programs. Previously, Sal directed human resources at Tech One, Inc. and held positions at Ernst & Young and ESS Technology, Inc. Sal began his career working in the public sector in a variety of roles, primarily in education and hospital ministries. Sal holds an MA in philosophy from Fordham University, a Masters of Divinity from the Graduate Theological Union in Berkeley, California, and an AB in economics and political science from Columbia University. Partho Chatterjee served as the CFO of ITC Ltd until retirement in August 2009.Joining in 1974, Mr. Chatterjee worked in various senior positions within ITC Ltd over the last 35 years including the Financial Controller of its Printing & Packaging Division as the Vice President and the Executive Vice President of the Company’s biggest business i.e. India Tobacco Division, among others. He has been actively involved with the management movement in Calcutta and is a Past President of Calcutta Management Association. He has been a member of the central council of All India Management Association and its Eastern Regional Vice President. He is also the past President of the Institute of Internal Auditors, India – Calcutta Chapter and a member of the Central Council of the Institute of Internal Auditors India. He is presently a member of the Academic Council of Globsyn Business School. Mr. Chatterjee is a member of the Economic Affairs Committee of Confederation of Indian Industries (C11). He has also served in the past as the Vice Chairman of the Finance Committee of the Bengal Chamber of Commerce & Industry as well as member of the Economic Affairs & Financial Sector Sub Committee of Indian Chamber of Commerce (ICC). Mr. Chatterjee qualified as a Chartered Accountant in November 1971 and is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Mr. Anurag Wadehra has been the Chief Marketing Officer at Baynote, Inc. since August 24, 2011. Mr. Wadehra leads the Baynote’s marketing and communications strategy while playing an integral role in aligning Baynote’s product roadmap with the critical challenges all eCommerce organizations face to maximize multi-channel conversions. He has more than 20 years of experience in marketing and product management at enterprise software companies and major global brands such as Adchemy and Siperian, where he led product management and marketing activities including product requirements for existing and new products, product marketing, market entry strategy, sales & partner marketing, branding and public relations. Mr. Wadehra has led product marketing and management programs for both cutting-edge enterprise software companies as well as Fortune 100 corporations. He most recently served as Vice President of Marketing for Intersperse, an application infrastructure management startup. Before joining Intersperse, Mr. Wadehra assisted Chief Executive Officers of venture-backed enterprise software startups in defining their core company strategies, product positioning and value propositions. Mr. Wadehra holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology.
Carol currently provides advice and oversight of Catholic Relief Services’ continuing efforts to enhance the effectiveness of its field programming through strategic use of technology. Previously, as Vice President and Chief Information Officer for a relief and development organization, aligned technology investments with organizational strategy, enhanced the ability of the information technology organization to deliver global services, and established the agency’s reputation as a thought leader in strategic use of technology to enhance its effectiveness.
