The client, a leading global travel website, needs to field incoming requests from both owners and users in real time. These requests contain corrections, issue reports, and requests to change information about travel destinations, restaurants, and more.
The iMerit team approves or rejects each update and the person who submitted the update request is personally notified of the decision. To do this, iMerit teams identify who sent the correction, review relevant existing information, verify the existing data point, review the update, and then strengthen the data point with additional research.
The project team reviews up to 700 requests everyday and responds within 24 hours of submission.
